Once you have decided on the option you want to go for proceed to the payment page. The various options have fixed prices, if you require any amendment to the options this will be picked up separately by our admin team. A confirmation order will be sent out and a follow up call will be scheduled, we will allocate you a personal designer, an account administrator and we will allocate your wedding book to an editor/curator. We will then agree “in principle” a date for print. If you prefer not to pay online you can also place an order over the phone, simply contact us to discuss, we want the process to be as simple as possible so don’t hesitate to drop us a line, we will be as flexible as possible. Remember this is a bespoke wedding magazine, a wedding publication about you and for you, totally unique and for life!
You will receive a personalised wedding publication template which will highlight the information required by us, along with a desired schedule and details of where files need to be uploaded and sent. We will ask you to confirm one nominated contact whom we will work with directly on content and photographs/images, this will likely involve a number of calls and exchanges so it’s important that this person is happy for this to happen, in most cases we deal with either the bride or groom. The dates on the schedule work backwards from the date we plan to publish. The dates and times are flexible and can be amended. Once we have all of the content to complete the template, we will produce a “first draft” bespoke wedding magazine for checking.
Once we have reviewed the first draft we will then work with you on producing a final draft, “print ready” version. This will be sent to the nominated contact and we will ask for a final sign off. At this point any remaining payment will be taken, final details checked and the order will be placed with our printers. Once printed, any additional options will be added and the order will be sent out by courier.
Once you have received your bespoke wedding magazine or book delivery in full, a follow up call will be set up so we can check that you are totally happy with everything. You will then be invited to leave us a review and we will offer you a unique referral code so you can (at your discretion) recommend us to friends and family and even earn yourself a gift voucher, not to mention that they can get an additional discount should they wish to purchase their own wedding publication in the future.
